Returns and Refunds

Returns:

We have a 7 day return policy which means that you have 7 days from the receiving date to request a return or an exchange. 

Non Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned and are non refundable. This includes all types of earrings , jewellery sets that include earrings, choker sets, necklace sets, sterling silver sets, earrings and teeka sets, jhumer, anklets and pendant sets.

Custom products: such as made-to-order items are also non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Damages and Issues:

In case your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your item via email along with photo evidence.

Exchange (If applicable):

We will only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure this is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can process your exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customers are responsible for returning the item to us.

Refunds (If applicable):

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and will let you know if the return is accepted. If accepted, we will refund the payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.

Sales Items and Gift Cards:

We don't accept returns for these products.
